Each of the 3 parcels will be auctioned one parcel at a time and then the whole farm will be auctioned off as one price. We will then take a brief intermission and do a second round of the 3 parcels following a second auction of the entire farm. It will then go to the highest bidder.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Proof of funds or preapproval letter from lender required to be brought to Auction in order to bid. Each of the 3 parcels will require $50,000 down the day of the Auction. If the whole farm is accepted, we will require $150,000 down the day of the Auction.
